Welcome and thank you for becoming part of the Olema Wine Club! To help you make the most of your membership subscription, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following policies, terms and conditions.

OLEMA SUBSCRIPTION WINE CLUB

Olema offers subscription wine clubs at four tiers: 6 bottles shipped monthly, 12 bottles shipped monthly, 6 bottles shipped quarterly, and 12 bottles shipped quarterly.

There is no fee to join the Olema Subscription Wine Club. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.

All Olema club members and the person signing for your wine shipment must be at least 21 years of age.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

The Olema wine club is a recurring subscription of four to twelve wine shipments per year. Upon signing up for the Olema wine club, your membership will continue until cancellation.

There is no minimum time commitment to membership, and you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. Membership continues on a per-shipment basis until we are otherwise notified. You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting info@olemawines.com. By clicking “Sign Up” on our website’s wine club sign-up forms, you authorize Olema Wines to charge your credit card for recurring club shipments until you cancel your club membership.

The Olema monthly wine club consists of one shipment each month, and the Olema quarterly wine club consists of one shipment each quarter (January, April, July and October). Club members will receive an email notification at least one week prior to the billing date. We ask that you verify your billing and shipping details upon receiving this notification email. Please add info@olemawines.com to your address book to avoid the email getting lost in your junk mail folder. Changes to your billing information and/or shipping address after your shipment is processed may incur a change fee or additional shipping charges.

Your membership discount is granted upon signup according to the level of membership. Wine club shipments and subsequent wine purchases reflect your member discount.

SHIPPING

Extra charges incurred for redirected or returned wine shipments are the responsibility of the customer and charges will be applied to your credit card on file.

Carriers make three delivery attempts before returning orders to Olema Wines. It is your obligation to notify us of any billing or shipping changes prior to the next shipping month or any earlier deadlines specified in the advance email notification prior to the club release. Extra shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery interception, and shipments returned to the winery will be charged to your account.

The laws governing direct-to-consumer shipments are different in every state and these regulations limit where we are able to ship wine and how much residents may receive. These laws may affect your wine club shipments and subsequent wine purchases. Olema Wines is committed to direct-to-consumer shipping compliance and will operate according to the law. We will make every attempt to accommodate all orders and let you know if an order conflict arises so we may attempt to work out another shipping arrangement.

CANCELLATION

You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting info@olemawines.com. Changes or cancellations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.

OLEMA ONE-CENT SHIPPING CLUB AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

The Olema One-Cent Shipping Club is offered at the price of $75 per year and automatically renews each year on the purchase date. To opt out of the annual renewal, simply notify us via email at info@olemawines.com. Upon purchasing the One-Cent Shipping Club item, you will receive one-cent shipping on all orders for the following year. (Please note, it may take 24 hours for your discount to apply at checkout).
