Blended from equal parts Chardonnay and Chenin, this wine is richly fruited with flavors of Anjou pears, deepened by an oxidative edge. Nervy acidity keeps it all firm as the flavors resolve into floral-scented bruised apples – for late-summer or early-fall orchard outings.
